I'm currently serving as Director of the 57 Underground Gallery, and joined the group in 1998 when Gallery 57 moved to Pomona from Orange County. I'm a resident of the Pomona Arts Colony where I also operate my own studio and gallery. I am a teacher in the Pomona Unified School District and a member of the faculty of Westwood College in Anaheim.
My current work in steel is a departure from the world of blown, and cast glass that was my focus during my undergraduate, (BA, Pitzer College, Claremont California) and graduate studies (MA & MFA, Cal State Fullerton). I hope that as an artist and as an educator I am able to instruct, illuminate and inspire the viewer through my creative expressions.
